Photos from The Raven this afternoon, the winds made for some amazing waves. I just sat on a rock for a while. I received news that my dad passed away unexpectedly last week and it has sent me into a bit of a spiral. All I want to do is be by the water, be out in nature. I feel closest to him, my son, and God when I’m there. Wish I could go back and tell my dad I love him, have one more conversation with him, maybe ask him to sing one of his songs he wrote. What gives me a little bit of peace is knowing he is where my son is. I’m imagining the two of them having a great time hanging out together. ❤️💔RIP, Dad.
